 Manage our fab Islington store

 Provide exceptional customer service

 Take a creative and commercial approach to merchandising

 Set and drive targets with the team

 Stock & operations Management

 Online order management

 Confident leader and delegator

 Organised, confident & hard working


- Min 2 years’ experience of working in a busy retail environment & managing staff

- Must be commercial minded, driven and good at selling

- Be available to at least one weekend day (with one full weekend off per month)

- You will have input in creating a rota that works for you

- Plenty of career growth opportunities as Haygen opens more stores

- Retail / management experience and fluent English essential
