In stock items will be dispatched as soon as possible by standard delivery and should arrive within 2/3 working days. You will receive a text and email confirming your delivery time slot and you will have an option to rearrange if the time does not suit.
For large, heavy packages and furniture items we will dispatch to you within 20 working days of your order.To ensure the safety of larger furniture items we use a specialised delivery service where the driver will help you bring the item into your home. Our delivery man service will contact you to arrange the delivery and try where possible to select a time most convenient for you.
If there is something you need delivered more urgently than our standard delivery times, please contact us and we will do our best where possible to speed things up!

It is extremely important to measure up correctly before ordering large furniture or mirrors. Consider staircases, doorways or any tight spaces used as access points. If you need to return an item of furniture, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange value.

Saturday delivery is available for large furniture and large mirrors at an extra charge which is dependent on your location, please call us on 0207 226 9528 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a free quotation.
For small items our standard courier service will email and text you with your delivery time slots. You will have an option at this stage to choose a different delivery slot. You can contact them directly using the details on your email or text or if you are having difficulty contact our Customer Services team on 0207 226 9528. If goods remain undelivered for more than within 7 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be applicable.

What will you charge for a mixed order?
If you buy, for example, furniture and living items in the same order only one delivery charge is applied. It is always the higher of the two delivery charges.
When do you deliver?
As quickly as possible, but we aim to get your small items to you within 3 working days and larger furniture items to you within 20 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays) between 9am-6pm. For Larger furniture items there is often a longer waiting time, details of delivery times will be provided on the product page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you a shipping confirmation in the form of an email once your goods have left our warehouse and they are on their way to you. Our delivery firm will then contact you by text or email to give you details of the day and time your parcel will arrive, you will have an option at this stage to change the delivery time.
