It has been a very tough time for small retailers in these truly unprecedented times but with the government's support and our 10 years business experience we are in a strong position to survive this. We promise to continue to curate amazing products and brands, get them to you as safely as possible while always ensuring you still receive that amazing HAYGEN shopping experience that you’ve become accustomed to!

Our Islington Store

As of Monday 12th April our store will reopen. Our temporary opening hours are Mon-Fri 10am-5pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 10am-5pm.

The safety of our customers and the HAYGEN team is our no. 1 priority so we will be adhering to all the covid related safety guidelines to ensure we are trading as safely as possible. 

We will be taking online, phone and email orders if you would like your order prepared contactless before you collect from the store. Please let us know if you would like free gift wrapping included.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the current situation, we have extended our normal returns policy to 30 days. If you are unable to make it into store within this timeframe, please contact us and we will assist. Anything after 30 days can only be exchanged or swapped for store credit. 

For online orders, you will have 30 days from when you receive your order. Returns can be brought to the store or sent back by post. Returns info here

Our courier partners are currently operating with significant delays in some areas. This may mean that returns are taking longer to reach us – up to 3 weeks in some cases. Though we are still getting these processed within a couple of days of receiving them while keeping our team safe, it may take longer for your return and refund to be processed overall while we wait for it to get back to us. 

Click & Collect - Free, Safe & Encouraged

Many of the neighbouring cafes, food produce and artisan stores like moxons fish monger, kobo cafe, Le Coq Epicier are open so in order to support them we are encouraging our local customers to collect the online orders from the store where possible. Please see our new opening hours here

All click and collect orders will be serviced as contactless as possible and adhering to the Covid-19 safe retail guidance outlined by the government. 

Courier Delivery - Contactless

We are currently sending out all orders to reach you within 2-3 working days. For orders with larger mirrors or furniture this can be up to 2 weeks and we will get in touch to book in with you. If your order contains a mix of large furniture and other items, we will get in touch to see how if you want the items sent together or separately according to the timelines above. To ensure a contact-free delivery, larger items will be delivered to your doorstep only.

Our courier partners are offering a minimal contact or contact-free delivery service at this time.

Customer Service

Our customer service team is available from 11am to 4pm Monday to Friday. We won’t always be able to answer all calls at this time so if you cannot get through, please email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can within 5 working days. Alternatively, if convenient please come to the store.
